I am writing this because finally the NY Times has had the moral courage to bring up the real subject in the news today. There are two articles in the NY Times about the attempt by the Congress to rewrite the basics of this nation and the outrage of the people about it. One of the articles i s about the states that are furious that the Congress is trying to override State’s rights. The other article is about the plan that was the plan all along and is the real intent of the fake reform bill and that is to codify premeditated killing of innocents as a so-called right. That evil is always a wrong. There is no such right as the right to kill one’s offspring!  The entire and sole purpose of the fake reform bill is to codify as public law abortion. There is NO ONE in this nation except those who profit from killing, who want any such law on our nation’s books. There is no law in the U S currently that authorizes any killing. The US Supreme Court has no authority whatsoever to write new laws. They never did. There is no law that authorizes abortion or codifies it as a ‘right.” For Congress to establish any new right requires a Constitutional Amendment that the people have to vote on and that 2/3 of the states have to agree on before it becomes law. That would NEVER happen in the U S and the wicked know it. That is why they are holding out the poison apple of ‘free insurance’ [that destroys the nation] and ‘health care for all’ [that kills the most vulnerable] and big oppressive government fining the poor for being poor and unable to afford BIG government premiums.

I am always opposed to any form of killing of innocents. There is no right to kill! There never will be. Because GOD is still GOD and HE is not mocked according to Galatians 6:7,  as written,’be not deceived. GOD is not mocked. For whatsoever a man [or nation] soweth that shall it also reap.”

 The nation that puts into place a plan to kill will be destroyed. If you doubt that then study history. Study the Bible. The nations who thought they could defy GOD HIMSELF and thrive are legion. They didn’t. They ceased to exist as world powers in 100% of the situations where they tried to write public laws mocking GOD. Study ancient Greece, ancient Rome, ancient civilizations all the way back too and including Mesopotamia, Canaan, the native American tribes that killed the white settlers, the Latin American Indian tribes that killed the missionaries, study each and every one and see for yourself where on the scale of world power they are today.

This nation cannot mock GOD and get away with it. GOD wrote in stone, “thou shalt not kill’ as a commandment and that commandment undoes every act of killing as legitimate. There is no such right as the right to kill one’s offspring in the womb. There never will be. GOD is not mocked! For the federal government big government despots like Obama/Hitler  who try to decieve all the people all the time with fancy words and deceitful lies there will be a judgement day from GOD.  How and when that will be is up to GOD HIMSELF. But it will happen because GOD promised  in many scriptures that HE avenges innocent blood shed.

There are several op-ed pieces in the NY Times today about the meaning of socialism in 2009 but it is the same meaning whatever the year. I want to sum up how I define it from when I studied the opposite of it [the U S Constitution , and the Bible's definition of liberty, and juxtapose the tenets of each so you understand the differences.  It is written, '...THE LORD [GOD] is that Spirit, and where THE SPIRIT of THE LORD is, there is liberty.” II Corinthians 3:17, King James Holy Bible . I am beginning with that scripture because it makes it plain that obedience to GOD and nations  listening too and obeying GOD brings liberty to the nation.  The republican Constitution is republican because it created a republic. The U S is a republic not a democracy. There are some so-called educated people in the U S and other countries also that never studied the forms of governments in any meaningful way and learned only canned programmed propaganda. I want to overcome that propaganda and teach people to think the right way according to GOD’s standards, because it is GOD’s standards you each will be judged by on HIS Final Day of Judgement, whether you are sent to heaven or to hell.

 A republic is defined as a country where the ’supreme power is held by a certain portion of the people as a whole, who elect their representatives, and executive officers who are directly accountable to the people [able to be replaced at the next election.] Socialism is defined as “the economic doctrine that there should be public [government] ownership of the principal means of production and  wealth, and an ‘equitable’ redistribution of opportunity and the rewards of labor ” based upon the writings of Karl Marx. [Definitions from Winston's English Dictionary .] In other words in socialism the government owns everything even your private personal property, and they give it to whomever they want;  and the government decides who prospers and who doesn’t, instead of the amount of labor and dedication one puts into one’s work.  A democracy is where the people themselves decide every issue and there is no representative government. An example would be if all citizens in the U S who had computers for instance voted on every bill presented to the nation to say yea or nay on.  The votes of the citizens would be tallied by computer and the majority votes would win in each situation. Each citizen would represent his or her own family own’s best interest, and there would be no Congress. I personally do not think a true democracy is do-able, workable for any nation because of the sheer numbers of people and because there would be no way to debate the issues except by internet, which is a pretty good method until socialists and/or communists’ tactics to suppress freedom of speech/ press/ religion/ to protest the government,  tried to take over the internt to prevent that public discussion of leaders in America.

The idea of a republic where a district votes to elect someone from their midst to represent them is a good idea, and it brings the different districts into a public setting supposedly –the Congress,though the visitors’ gallery there is policed like the KGB,and does not allow even a pen /pencil or sheet of paper to be taken into it–they are afraid you will write down how empty it was and who did not show up to vote, and how they voted and how the issues were not allowed debate but were decided by a committee of 5-6 people shutting out the senators from some states. I was threatened with arrest by the Capitol Police when I went to the U S Senate and U S House of Representatives at different times to sit in on the discussions and take notes. They said if I did not give them my pen and paper they’d arrest me! So much for liberty ! Or a free unregulated press either.  It is supposed to condense the ideas represented to what is good for the entire district, taking all citizens needs into account, but it is not a government decision-making power over every realm of your life.

When the government is making all the rules for every matter,that is socialism. When the government is buying up all real estate properties, and all industries that is socialism. When the government is fixing prices, that is socialism. When the government owns the banks and all the money that is socialism.  When the government is confiscating private property, that is socialism. When the government has an ‘everything belongs to everybody’ that is socialism. When the government is trying to manage the population that is socialism. When the government is killing off one class of people in order to give more ‘benefits’ to other classes of people that is socialism. When the government leaders have so entrenched themselves as to be able to be in office for 50 years with no competition that is socialism [and probably corruption too]. When there is no meaningful debate on the issues and the so-called “judiciary’ [legal ] committee decides what gets discussed and by whom, on floor of Congressional house of Senate or Representatives,that is socialism. When the government decides who gets a ‘permit’ to protest that is communism. When the government decides that there will not be any positive reference to GOD in any form in society, that is communism. Communism includes all those others plans of socialist but is more extreme, more to the left on the gradient, more invasive, more oppressive, more killing of humans physically and spiritually and psychologically. When the government is listening in on phone calls of the citizens and putting up cameras on the streets and hacking into privately owned computers, that is communism.

The progression is as follows:

 extreme communist–>socialism..>Constitutional Monarchy->republic.

As the people wake up and throw off repressive, oppressive regimes they seem to move through stages, and of course in some nations it goes backward  from republic to communist. Think of eastern Europe when the USSR took them over for decades.  I think when a nation forsakes GOD, then GOD leads them into bondage. Think of GOD sending the Jews into 400 years of bondage in Egypt, and then when they lamented and wailed and began to repent GOD led them from Egypt by Moses. GOD is in THE ONE who decides the outcomes of the leaders and HE raises up the leaders, {kings the Bible says] that will accomplish HIS plan at that time for those people. GOD told the people that HE should be THE ONLY GOD, but some demanded a king and GOD gave them a king and then they wailed about it. GOD said to them that such a leader over them would confiscate their wealth, conscript their boys into military, control the wives of their men, etc, but they would not listen. 

I am opposed to all the -ism governments including communism, socialism, buddhism, fascism, totalitarianism, that are all varying degrees of the bad idea that government should be all solutions. Governments have some solutions when there are restraints on them but when left unbridled they are like a runaway stallion. It takes a mighty strong force to stop them then. A better analogy that I have written often is that unrestrained government is like a steam roller set on a hill with the brake off. When it starts to slide it will be slam-bang to the bottom squashing everything and everybody in its path.

The U S Constitution restrained the powers of a federal [centralized]government and it restrained the powers of the states. But the socialists  in this nation removed the teaching of the words of the Constitution from the schools in probably the 1930’s [not sure --I was not alive then but that is when socialist movements began in America] . And I object when op-ed pieces tell the public that unless a person is a card-carrying member of the Socialist Party that it is ridiculous to call them that. IF they adhere too, and teach and believe and implement the doctrines of the socialist party they are socialists. If you call a pig a chicken it does not make it so. If it looks like a pig and smells like a pig, and snorts like a pig, and burrows in the muck  like a pig it is a pig, not a chicken. A Socialist is a person who believes the government is the answer to all problems. I believe GOD is the answer to all problems.  Obama is a socialist and so are the Clintons, and Nancy Pelosi and many in Congress and on the Supreme Court.

It is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past time to make the civil liberties of humans in the womb, the number one priority of this nation. The civil liberties of blacks is a done deal, the civil liberties of native Indians is a done deal. and those groups could and should move on to the next civil rights march and that is for the innocents in the womb.

I read in the NY Times today and article that Harvard University has a policy to prevent its medical students and /or staff/ professors from talking to the media. Obviously that is a violation of the First Amendment from the get-go! But Harvard Law school is the lynchpin of that abomination abortion on demand, and it is trying to hold onto its killing record numbers of embryoes in the false name of research AND its Christian endowments at the same time.  Their plan was to exercise prior restraint of civil liberties of anyone educated enough to know that killing of humans is a wrong, not a right.  I have long opposed Harvard and their lack of real education in truth, and medical facts to their student body en masse, and for that matter every University that graduates students without so much as one science class or one anatomy class. How is it possible to call a person ‘learned’ as the Bible writes or ‘college-educated’ who has merely been trained to recite dogma of the Planned Parenthood killing group or of the Centre for Reproductive [Killing] so-called rights, evil groups?  How is it possible to call a person educated whose entire college experience was built on basketball, buying term papers and influence? How is it possible that so called college-educated people in the U S could graduate from Harvard or any University with no math or finance classes, no science or anatomy or biology classes? How is it possible that they could spend upwards of $100,000 at Harvard usually of other people’s money and learn almost nothing but how to get elected to office?

I read in the Yahoo News a few minutes ago an article stating plainly that one of the goals and I would say it is probably the primary goal of the so-called reform of health care is to force American taxpayers to pay for the premeditated killing of innocents in the womb. I am opposed to that. Absolutely. Forever. And don’t be deceived by the lies of those who kill for pay such as that abomination named NARAL. They are from hell. Most insurance companies do not pay for abortion now as I understand that from having worked in health care as a Registered Nurse and in the operating rooms of major hospitals and in Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Maybe the bad policies do but the good ones don’t. Abortion is NOT health care. It is premeditated killing of an innocent human being. The trick of Obama to force the nation to accept killing as a so-called right is unveiled by that article in the Yahoo news beginning with the words ‘Gov’t Insurance”… I have a great idea–let the U S amend the Constitution and make the premeditated killing of Congress people a right and let us pay those who do that with taxpayers ‘ money and let us debate the how and where it is allowed stupidity that runs amok in Congress as they debate the where and how and when killing of innocents in the womb . I am writing this for two reasons: I read in the NY Times that Sotomayer gave evasive answers to some questions. That is reason enough to eliminate her. If a Judge trained in the law gives evasive questions it is for the purpose of misleading. Remember the infamous Bill Clinton saying it depends on the definition of a word rather than admitting guilt? My daddy always taught us [I have five siblings] to look him in the eye [make eye contact with all] and to answer straight-forwardly and truthfully. Sotomayer is not honest or she would answer the questions. If her colleague believes her to be proabort then there is a reason for that. People get their impressions from somewhere and if he worked alongside her [the definition of the word colleague] then he would know what cases she was involved. Evasive people are not trust-worthy. Also here’s the questions that the Republicans should ask : 1) what is Ms Sotomayer’s connection to Planned Parenthood since the nation knows now that the Planned Parenthood paid many of Obama’s fees and supporteed him in his run for the U S Senate and vice versa. And 2) what is Ms Sotomayer’s relationship to the Center for Reproductive [killing] Rights in NYC? and 3) What contributions did she receive from Emily’s List or Center for Reproductive [Killing] Rights or Planned Parenthood at any time? The U S has a right to know whose pocket the Judges are in. And regarding the title to this entry, I read in NY Times that Obama is eyeing the Medicare fund, planning to raid it. AS IF it had money in it. It was plundered long ago by crooks to pay for the Kennedy’s and the Clintons and the Obamas to live as kings and queens. Obama is a liar, a con-man on the order of Bernie Madoff. It took my four yrs and 10 months married* to well-trained-by-catholics-swindler to recognize the signs of one but I think I have much better insight into them now. Maybe a white woman who was previously married to a hispanic con-man fraudster abuser of women could make much better decisions than a person who did not have that experience?? The Bernie Madoffs, and the Marc Driers, and the Barack Obamas, and the Sonia Sotomayers are the death bell for America because they with their socialist attitude of take whatever they can get away with, has put America in debt to every nation of the world, where even a few days ago the U S Treasurer was in the Arabic nations trying to find funding. But I looked up the Commnist Manifesto since GOD put it into my heart in the early 90s to do that and I remembered some features of it and after quickly reading it again I disagree with Rosen and I say they are communists. Here are some of the main points of the Communist Manifesto and quotes have quotation marks on them: In the “Bourgeoisie and Proletariat” section are the words “class antagonism” created by taxing the rich to give to the poor, and is essentially redistribution of assets but not from family to family or generation to generation but from worker to government to those considered party-approved. In the US there is developing a hatred of the well-to-do, the rich, and the successful and I mean honest people. There should be a hatred of those who defraud, swindle and cheat at any level! And the words, ‘bougeoisie [defined as those who are producers of income and wealth] caused ‘naked, shameless, direct, brutal exploitation” . In the U S that translates into a hatred of the generous and the wealthy who prospered by obeying GOD’s laws especially, but generally of anyone with any means to live well. Destroying the wealth and income and influence of good Medical Doctors is more the reason of Obamacare than dispensing of measures inducing life. It says the systems produces ‘enormous cities’ and it labels rural life as ‘idiocy’ . Is that not the precise attitude taught in the U S public schools about farmers and rural life? .It calls the proletariat [working for wages] people a ‘dangerous class’ and ’social scum’ ‘without property’ and says of the Communist party : “their mission is to destroy all previous securities for and insurance of individual property’. Isn’t that exactly what Obama and his communists have done? Used manipulation to destroy the entire Securities and wealth concept in the U S and redirected; channeled control of those to themselves? Has not Obama taken over the auto industry, the banking industry, the communications, the Press, the control of ALL money flowing into or out of the U S? Hasn’t he through his series of frauds caused people everywhere to distrust the banks because he is nationalizing communizing them? “In the “Proletariat and Communist” section it says the aim of the Communists is to form a proletariat class to pit one class against other , to ‘overthrow bourgeois” and ‘conquest of political power by proletariat’ and ‘abolition of bourgeois property ” . Remember the takeover of private property in Connecticut? And remember that Obamacare is intended to destroy all the wealthy except the Kennedys, Clintons and Obama communists. It says, ‘capital is a social power’ and that ‘capital is converted into common property’, and ‘the abolition of bourgeois individuality, bourgeouis independence, and bourgeouis freedom is undoubtedly aimed at” and ‘communist abolition of buying and selling’ and ‘abolition of the family [Aufhebung] and ‘the bourgeouis family will vanish” and ‘rescue education from the influence of the ruling class’, and “the bourgeois clap-trap about the family and education about the hallowed co-relation of parents and child becomes all the more disgusting’ and the ‘real point aimed at is to do away with the status of women’, and ‘communism abolishes eternal truths [such as Freedom and Justice in previous paragraph], it abolishes all religion and all morality…” . Ask yourself what is the real effect of the so-called women’s movement? Did it help women by creating a situation where they could not count on thier husbands for ANYTHING? I read an op-ed piece in the NY Times a few minutes ago and from a moral or legal standpoint it is propaganda. That quote in it about the ‘right to privacy’ including Roe v Wade turns my stomach. If the stupid and the wicked in the U S understood that words have meanings and that they are not supposed to be like a piece of elastic stretched to fit whatever. First of all,the words ‘right to privacy’ do not appear in the U S Constitution or the Amendments to it. The Fourth Amendment says citizens are to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures of their persons, papers, houses and personal effects but that is a paraphrase. I will look up the actual words and enter it as update. If a medical doctor probing into a woman’s most intimate and hidden parts of her body with sharp instruments on a seek and destroy mission is NOT a unreasonable search and seizure then in the NAME of THE MOST HOLY GOD what does constitute an unreasonable search and seizure in the minds of that Congress-from-hell? IF there is any such right as the right to privacy why is it selective? Where is it on April 15th of every year when Americans en masse are expected to reveal almost every detail of their incomes their expenditures, living arrangements etc to the federal and /or state governments? Where is it when a woman like me exactly like me who is living in state subsidized housing because the state refused to uphold it’s own laws to protect me from a dangerous felon, is told to submit bank statements because they are afraid they have left her with a penney? { I do not intend to submit bank statements to corrupt politicians or corrupt agency workers based upon the 4th Amendment, FYI.] In the second place, Roe v Wade had absolutely no precedent in any law in America or in the English common law that is the basis of much law in the U S since the U S began as colonies of emigrants from what it now called the United Kingdom. And it has absolutely NO precedence in the Judeo-Christian-Muslim laws either. There is no such right as the right to kill one’s offspring when they are the tiniest and most vulnerable. The facts are that humans in the womb are human. Indeed they cannot be any THING but human beings. They derive from a human man and a human woman and therefore by the law of the species they are human by definition. And they are also human by virtue of human DNA and human brains, and human cells and human blood, and human intellect and human emotions, some with more of those than others depending upon how old in the womb the human is, but humans are human. For the NY Times or the Washington Post to continue the ungodly and evil idea of killing humans because of their age [in the womb or 'elderly', or handicapped etc] or for any reason when they are not guilty of a heinous crime, violates the very essence of American law. IF the law does not protect innocent babies then of what use is it for anyone? If a baby has no protection from the U S government then what sort of government has the U S become? Read the Bible about how the Roman soldiers ran babies through with swords when they were determined to destroy JESUS? And how the Roman so-called leaders ordered midwives to smother Jewish babies when born. Do not be fooled that the ‘hispanic’ cultures are influenced and controlled by the church of Rome. Read and then understand that the Roman church is not prolife and never was. Italy has one of the lowest if not the lowest birth rates in Europe. Latina women and men tend to see children as commodities to use as bargaining chips. Sotomayer does not have children at what age? That should tell you she is not prolife. And her childhood is not the qualifying factor of whether she is the Judge this nation needs. Her childhood or her lack of a father as a child cannot be the determining factor of her concept of the U S Constitution or rule of law. I was told by a hispanic person that hispanics consider themselves superior to black people. I know for fact that catholic people and almost all hispanics are catholic; and in their so-called worship, bow down and pray to things made with human tools and pray to the dead and they have their festivals in the cemetary for the day of the dead or something like that. Their religion is not based on a LIVING GOD and they do not even know the Commandments of GOD in most cases. They think they pay their way into heaven with paying money secretly to ungodly and not-called-by- GOD-’priests’ . Sodomites are NEVER called by GOD to lead the people of GOD since GOD does not violate HIS own commandments and laws. The more relevant questions to ask Ms Sotomayer are in what situations do Americans who are not pregnant women have the “right to privacy”? Since the “right to privacy” instead of the actual words of 4th Amendment is the spin liberals use as a code for abortion rights? So do women have a different set of ‘right’s then men in this nation? And in what situations do Americans who are not hispanic have the right to be secure in their dwellings and their papers, and their personal effects? And in what situations do Americans have the second amendment lawful right to defend themselves from government intrusion if need be with weapons? And in what situation do Americans have the lawful right to be protected from government supported killing factories? And if the U S government allowed murderous felons who were murdering those other than in the womb for example if they were murdering grown and not innocent federal judges would the U S government allow the defense of ‘right to privacy’ to obstruct the prosecution of a murderer? Does a heinous murderer of innocents have a so-called right to privacy to hide murderdous behaviours? Do the US citizens have a right to be protected from murderers? What is the duty of the U S government and Supreme Court–is it to protect the innocent or the wicked? The U S Supreme Court has had the political-gerry-mandering by Congress of having a selected bunch of Nazi-extremists that spin the law to include the right to kill. And the so-called right to own slaves was ’settled law’ in the U S from 1776-1865 and yet it was overturned. Not easily and it costs a lot of lives and money to unroot that catatastrophe but it was done. And so will Roe illegal usurpation of power by those who profited from the blood, guts and cells of humans on the U S Supreme Court, be overturned and probably by a what they call a ‘radical’ nation like Iran or North Korea or one of those nations that has no respect for the U S because the so-called leaders of the U S are as they are [without concern for human life but trying to fool the public] so it makes it a battle of equally unfit for leadership nations of which country is able to kill the most people ‘wins’.

In the Yahoo news today is one of the most compelling stories of the mess the United States is in. The Washington Post apparently sent a flier telling big monied interests including health care lobbyists that they could have access to the Washington Post ’s so-called journalists for merely $250,000 AND have an “intimate” dinner with those who prostitute the news and the government all in one fell swoop. Are you impressed?  Because I am not.

Of course we as a nation all realized long ago (about 3 decades) that the Washington Post is only the rubber stamp of approval for the liberals in D.C. Years ago I went to Washington D.C as a citizen to lobby the Senators and Representatives asking them to pass public law protecting the innocents. I prepared as a Registered Nurse a set of information about how humans are born and the Scriptures about human life. But the Senators and particularly Hillary and Ted Killers of innocents ‘do not talk to prolifers’ was the responses of their staffers.  And a few of the staffers in other congressional offices including the U S Senate asked me what I had to give them in return for ‘access’ to even an Aide of theirs? I was not offering bribes–I don’t do that and never did, and I was a bit shocked at that time that they were so blatant in their expectation of graft. Now it does not shock me. The big money pay-offs of the Obama political Stalin-Hitler-Kennedy-Clinton killing regimes have made the nation reel from an ever dizzying indebtedness of this nation to almost every foreign nation in the world. In exchange for photo-ops with their leaders the U S so-called leaders of Obama, Pelosi, and Clintons have sold out America and guess which countries hold the mortgages on America? China has the largest, followed by Japan, then Russia, then Germany, then Arabic bloc of nations, and  almost every industrialized nation has loaned the U S money in the BILLIONS of dollars. In fact, China is owed nearly a trillion dollars and guess why Hillary and Nancy Pelosi were there?? Trying to bargain better terms on loan payments!

 Did you ever think you would see the time in America when the nation was in debt to every other nation of the world? That is the Clintons and the Pelosis and the Socialist-Communist Parties of America’s doing. They believe that you buy influence and then you postpone the payments, or you buy Judges and put them to rule. Will evil win in America? Only GOD could save this nation now but the article about the offer by the publisher of the Washington Post to pimp their journalists does not bode well for America.

There is a scripture that says “the vile person shall no more be called liberal, nor the churl [miser;greedy] said to be bountiful.”  [when the eternal KING rules, see other verses]. Isaiah 32:5. In America we as a nation have been ruled for too long by the ‘liberals’ and by the churlish.
