I, gloriapoole / Gloria Poole, Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri drew this and painted it with various inks yesterday. I did not paint the ‘stones” to the left of the granite table correctly obviously since they appear to be piled up instead of lying on the ground. I got totally provoked with myself over this sketch! I tried for 2-3 hours to get it correct but it still looks wrong! AAAAAAAGH! Anyway, every sketch is a learning tool–a way of perfecting a set of skills for a particular technique. I also had put the date 2017 below my signature as usual but the paper was too wet, and ink ran everywhere and I had to blot if up and then left off the date to avoid another event of red ink running on paper. I was tired by that point. This is on 11 x 17 inch watercolor specific paper and I signed it, photographed it several times, uploaded it and posted it to this blog of mine today 12th October 2017 at 10:05am..
